Perfectly Posh: Lemon & Green Tea + Caffeine Chunk bath bar
My new friend Jessica over at Perfectly Posh sent me a few things to test out and review for you all. This post is about the bath bar, which is called: The Chunk or Good Morning, Beautiful! Lemon & green tea + caffeine big bath bar.

Before i start getting into the bar, and my thoughts, i just wanted to say that the packaging is absolutely adorable. I love the bright yellow paper they used. It is perfect for this product. And that bird was such a cute detail. Plus its on recycled material, so hello, who doesn't love that?
I have been using this Chunk for a month (i wanted to give it a good amount of time, to see the full effects). I don't have a single complaint. I really only have nice things to say about this product. This chunk of soap is perfect for your morning shower, after the gym, or even after work/school. It's the perfect soap for a quick pick me up.
It is a lemon scent but it isn't the kind of lemon scent that reminds you of a household cleanser (we've all tried those kinds of products). It's the perfect amount of lemon and tea, that creates a balance that makes your senses go wild. It has caffeine in it, so it really wakes you up, and gives you that soothing and refreshed feeling.
It is a huge chunk of soap, that lasts a very long time, which is a bonus in my opinion. I have highly sensitive skin, and this hasn't caused any irritation, it has had the reverse effect, if you ask me. Since i started using this bath bar, my skin hasn't broken out, and i haven't gotten any dry skin (which is crazy because it is winter time here).

Ingredients: sodium palmate, sodium palm kernelate, water (aqua), glycerin, citrus limonium (lemon) oil, caffeine, camellia sinesis (green tea) leaf extract, palmitic acid, sorbitol, sodium chloride, palm kernel acid, titanium dioxide, helanthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil, sargassum filipendula extract, gellidiela, acerosa extract, hypnea musciforms extract, tetrasodium etidronate, tetrasodium EDTA, red 33, green 3.

So - here's a fun little fact - most soap, almost all soaps are made from Sodium Tallowate (animal fat byproduct) --alternatively, Posh chunks are made from sodium Palmate (Palm Oil)
