Please keep in mind that Emergen-Zzzz:
1. Does not "keep" you asleep, it only helps you fall asleep.
2. Should not be used by anyone under the age of 19.
3. Should not be used for longer than 14 days.
4. Should not be used for conditions other than occasional sleeplessness.
5. Is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The taste seems to taste better than the original Emergen-C that i usually take, and I really like the packaging. It did help me fall asleep faster than i normally would. I have issues getting to sleep at times because i just can't relax. Something is always on my mind. But enough about me....
Emergen-Zzzz did help me fall asleep, and i didn't get any grogginess from it, Luckily. But I did notice that my stomach felt rather upset, my experience while using this product was a bit different, it is probably because i have a super sensitive stomach, so i cannot say it was just the Emergen-Zzzz that caused me to form my opinion.
Personally, I would recommend it for help getting to sleep.
But from my own personal experience I would not recommend it if you have a sensitive stomach.
I also wanted to note that the flavor that I preferred is the berry one. The peach was a bit... too much for my personal taste.
